Launched in Atlanta, Georgia in mid-1970 and soon thereafter incorporated as Phoenix Air Group, Inc was a small local charter firm flying two vintage Beech 18 aircraft and now is a multi-faceted air operator with global capabilities. They moved from an Atlanta-area municipal airport to Cartersville, Georgia in 1984. Phoenix Air Group, Inc. is known worldwide as Phoenix Air. It is a FAA-certificated Part 135 airline with worldwide operating authority which provides a wide range of aviation services from air charter to air ambulance to air cargo to military training. Phoenix Air has a fleet of Learjets, Gulfstream G-I and Gulfstream G-II aircraft.
